This guidance has a trajectory of 3 to 6 weeks and is followed up annually. Information is ‘alive’, which makes annual inspection and / or adjustment a must. The personal data that we find after an audit in your internal and external data flows (workforce, IT, marketing and any partners) are critically examined. If necessary, thoroughly revised and optimized according to the new privacy standards. Furthermore, contracts are also examined (personnel, customers, suppliers, subcontractors) and the registers are drawn up to determine the basis and the permissibility for obtaining, processing and maintaining this data.
